Wiretapping Declared Unconstitutional.

"There are no hereditary kings in America and no powers not created by the Constitution,'' said U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in rejecting President Bush's claim that he had the inherent power to authorize the program. The Justice Department has already declared that they will appeal the ruling.

That was one liberal judges opinion and it will be reviewed and more than likely overturn on appeal. Until then the NSA program is still going on and it will continue to be a necessary tool in the war on terror.

yeah, those liberal judges - everybody knows that King George should be able to authorize whatever he believes is needed to wage his little war on the Constitution.
